About Joseph
Joseph Cascun is a creative problem-solver with over seven years of policy and program experience at both provincial and international levels in a variety of areas including international trade, economic development, social services and child welfare.
Joseph was a major contributor to Ontario’s Trade Strategy where he worked with Ontario’s internationally-based Trade and Investment Offices on identifying emerging industry trends and evaluating opportunities for key economic sectors in Ontario under various trade agreements.
His work helped to shape Ontario’s international trade outlook and narratives for various priority markets. Joseph was instrumental in supporting the launch of Invest Ontario and the Investment Framework, including helping to frame an Intellectual Property risk assessment. Joseph is looking forward to sharing his expertise and knowledge of the structure and administration of government to aid CHG’s clients in further understanding policy and program development
