Pascal Cormier has 25 years of experience, 23 of which in the energy sector. He was Deputy Chief of Staff and Special Adviser on energy matters to the Minister of Economy, Innovation and Energy of Quebec. He oversaw the reform of the energy sector in the province of Quebec (Bill 69). Mr. Cormier has, among other things, held the position of Director, Regulatory Affairs, for Canadian markets at Brookfield Renewable Energy. 

In his consultation activities, he has done economic and regulatory analyses before various regulatory and government bodies for various interest groups from several jurisdictions (large industrial, energy producers, energy traders, etc.). He has performed complex economic modelling analyzes, adapting to the specific needs of clients working in various fields of activity. He has a good knowledge of the functioning of governmental organizations in relation to economic development initiatives from the private sector.
