About Stefano
Stefano Gardiman is a young professional who holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in Political Science and European Studies, and a Master of Arts in European and Russian Affairs, both from the University of Toronto. Throughout his educational career, Stefano undertook many executive positions, acting as the Finance and Budget Coordinator for the annual Munk School of Global Affairs Student Conference in addition to being selected as the Vice-President for the Italian Undergraduate Students Association.
Stefano possesses experience in both municipal politics where he acted as a research analyst for the City of Toronto and federal politics where he was employed by the incumbent member of parliament for the Mississauga-Lakeshore riding during the 2015 electoral campaign.
In addition to his domestic experience, Stefano also completed a work-term abroad in Budapest, Hungary, where he was tasked with researching different political topics such as issues surrounding government relations, populism and the far-right movements occurring around the world.
Stefano’s experiences both domestically and internationally have provided him with the tools to complete tasks with a high degree of efficiency, while at the same time allowing him to bring new and diverse approaches to solving complex problems.
