Stefano Gardiman is a seasoned public affairs professional and political advisor, known for his proven track record of delivering impactful results across various levels of government.

Prior to joining the Capital Hill Group, Stefano was a Policy Advisor to Ontario’s Minister of Infrastructure, where he played a crucial role in managing the province’s real estate portfolio. Stefano was instrumental in overseeing the strategic planning and optimization of government-owned properties, ensuring their efficient use and maintenance. In addition, his efforts were pivotal in centralizing the real estate authority for various government entities, streamlining operations, and enhancing accountability.

In his role as a Senior Policy Advisor at Supply Ontario, Stefano focused on enhancing procurement practices and policies aimed at fostering a more efficient and transparent system. He led initiatives such the annual Business Plan and Procurement Modernization Work Plan both of which aimed to reduce red tape for vendors and government entities, thus making the procurement process more accessible and less burdensome.

Stefano’s experiences both domestically and internationally have provided him with the tools to complete tasks with a high degree of efficiency, while at the same time allowing him to bring new and diverse approaches to solving complex problems.
