Theo Zaric is an emerging political organizer whose early career includes contributions to three significant Ontario electoral campaigns—each showcasing disciplined fieldwork, volunteer coordination and strategic voter outreach and communication.

During the Toronto–St. Paul’s by-election, Theo was instrumental in executing and creating an aggressive ground game. He was the lead canvasser; he trained canvassing volunteers and supported data-driven field coordination to flip a historically safe Liberal riding.

In Hamilton East–Stoney Creek, Theo contributed to a breakthrough victory by supporting targeted outreach and strategic communications aimed at historically low-turnout communities—including voters from the Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian communities—expanding the voter base in a race ultimately won by a narrow margin.

Theo also assisted on Donna Skelly’s provincial campaign, where his strong field performance placed him among the top ten door knockers in the province for several days, demonstrating exceptional canvassing stamina, discipline, and voter-contact productivity.

Across these campaigns, Theo earned a reputation for resilience, strategic thinking and the ability to mobilize diverse communities—turning grassroots effort into measurable electoral outcomes early in his political journey.
